Jack Shitama is the Director of Camping & Retreat Ministries for the Peninsula Delaware Conference of The United Methodist Church. This ministry is located at Camp Pecometh in Centreville, Maryland. Its 275 acres and 4000+ feet of shoreline on the Chester River have been the home for camp & retreat ministry since 1946.
Jack is an ordained elder in The United Methodist Church. He pastored for nine years prior to taking his current position in 2000. He and his wife of 24 years, Jodi, have four children: Megan, 22; Erin, 19; Kieron, 18; and Kellan, 14.
